Design Linking and Exchanging Links - Our Policy and Preferences As a quality measure, we endeavor to provide only the most useful and valuable links throughout our entire SIte. Although we don't normally participate in link exchange requests, this Site covers many key topics in which we provide concise and valuable references. If you feel that your Site, Product or Service qualifies, we will entertain link exchange possibilities. It has been suggested that GOOGLE may be leading the trend toward valuing "Generic" one way links from "Authoritive" Sites with more emphasis than reciprocated links. "Relevancy" has also been elevated in stature. Unfortunately, many Site owners are reluctant to provide what may be considered "competitive" links. Some don't even want to provide outside links at all, which hurts their overall Search Engine rankings. Our Linking Preferences: Sites that send us targeted traffic. - We monitor our server stats and reciprocate links to Sites that meet our quality criteria, even without link requests. Sites offering recognized quality and value including; content depth and uniqueness, clean code (W3C validated preferred), intuitive easy to use navigation, knowledgeable design and those that are relevant to any of our topics will be strongly considered. We also prefer to link to Sites that have a demonstrated "Internet Community Value" with GOOGLE Page Rankings within 1PR point of our own or better. Granted, the GOOGLE Index Page Rank is updated more frequently than "Public" PR as expressed in the "Green Bar" located on the GOOGLE Toolbar. In special cases we have helped launch new "Unranked" Sites that meet our quality expectations. As we gain, Page Rank, Search Engine Recognition and Traffic this special service gains value. We DO NOT offer this service indiscriminately. We may also be willing to barter in exchange for this service.
